Billing questions
Before you pick one.
One 1024 px render. A 2048 px frame costs two, 3072 costs three, 4096 costs four, and an upscale adds two credits on top of the frame cost. Frames that fail are not billed.
Yes. The new credit total applies the moment you switch, and the difference is prorated against the days left in the month. Moving down keeps the credits already in the account.
Paid plans keep rendering past the monthly credits and bill the overage with your next invoice. Starter stops at 200 credits until the month resets or you upgrade. There is no separate credit pack to buy.
Not yet. Monthly only. Canceling stops the next charge rather than cutting the current month short, so the plan runs to the date you already paid for.
Not at the moment. The free tier includes 200 credits a month with no card required.
No. Starter runs without one. We ask for a card when you upgrade, and the first charge is made that day.
